At JSS Barristers, we've long been supporters of diversity and inclusion in the Calgary community and beyond. We firmly believe that diversity is our strength, and it's one of the core pillars that our firm was founded upon. Diversity continues to be a guiding principle at our firm. Today, our lawyers and staff actively participate in the greater community to promote JSS Barristers' values of diversity and inclusivity.
In furtherance of our mandate, we're pleased to announce that JSS Barristers has partnered with the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion (CCDI), a national non-profit that provides innovative and proven tools to help employers achieve their goal of creating a more inclusive workplace. We expect that through this partnership, we'll gain the tools we need to further our goal of creating an inclusive work environment.
Partnering with CCDI is one of several diversity initiatives that JSS Barristers has undertaken to foster more inclusivity in the workplace, the legal profession, and in the greater community. At JSS Barristers, we seek to create an environment where our lawyers, our staff, and our clients receive the utmost respect which they deserve, no matter what walk of life they come from. We actively work to ensure that everyone who steps foot in our firm feels accepted and welcomed.
