Ava Danyluk joined JSS Barristers in 2025 after successfully operating her own practice in Airdrie, Alberta. She has represented clients at all levels of court in Alberta, including the Alberta Court of Justice, the Court of King's Bench of Alberta, and the Alberta Court of Appeal, as well as before the Federal Court of Canada. Ava has extensive experience in dispute resolution and has participated in numerous mediations and arbitrations.

As provincial counsel to the Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA), Ava draws on her background in health sciences and medical research to advise and represent physicians in matters involving professional negligence claims, regulatory and professional conduct proceedings, and a broad range of medical-legal issues. In addition to her CMPA practice, she maintains a robust civil litigation practice with a particular focus on oil and gas disputes and defamation matters.
