Benchmark Litigation: A Firm That is "Becoming More Market Dominant"

International legal ranking directory, Benchmark Litigation, has released its 2021 directory for Canadian litigators. JSS Barristers is listed as a highly recommended firm in dispute resolution, included with national peers such as Bennett Jones and Blake Cassels & Graydon.

Among our colleagues, we have been noted as being "[their] favorite conflict firm", while another peer has noted that "[our] understanding of the substantive and procedural law is second-to-none."

For the second consecutive year, Bryan C. Duguid QC, FCIArb, has been shortlisted for Alberta Litigator of the Year at this year's Benchmark Legal Awards on May 12, 2021.

Oliver Ho, Erin J. Baker and Kajal Ervin all made the leap from Future Litigation Star to Litigation Star in recognition of their consistent reference by peers and clients.

Cassandra Sutter also receives her first recognition from Benchmark as a Rising Litigation Star.
