Canadian Lawyer Magazine: Top 10 Civil Litigation Boutique (2020)
For the 7th consecutive year, JSS Barristers has been included in Canadian Lawyer Magazine's list of top 10 civil litigation boutiques in Canada for 2020.
In addition to our reputation for providing high-quality trial representation, Canadian Lawyer Magazine noted our work in Flesch et. al. v Apache Corporation, et. al., as an indication of our growth in class action defence matters.
About the survey
Canadian Lawyer Magazine asked lawyers, in-house counsel and clients from across Canada to vote on the top civil litigation boutiques in the country. The results of the survey were then combined with feedback from respected members of the legal profession and bar to determine the final results.
