The Applicant appealed several Orders to the Court of Appeal. One Appeal concerned the Order of a Master. The Appeal was denied, as Rule 14.4 prohibits Appeals from a Master directly to the Court of Appeal. The Applicant also sought an Appeal of a Chambers Judge’s dismissal of a Master’s Decision regarding foreclosure Orders. The Applicant did not appear at that scheduled Appeal hearing and the Court elected to proceed based on written materials only, as permitted by Rule 14.32(3).
