This award is granted only to one person in Canada annually, and was announced at the annual ADR Institute of Canada, Inc. National Conference in Halifax, on Friday, November 3, 2023.
This prestigious award recognizes Bryan's outstanding contributions in supporting, developing, and promoting ADRIC on a national scale and over the long term. For instance, Bryan is a founding Co-Editor of the ADRIC newsletter, ADR Perspectives, which is now in its tenth year. In addition, Bryan is part of a small group of arbitrators and arbitral counsel from across the country currently engaged in modernizing and improving the ADRIC Arbitration Rules.
Bryan is honoured to receive this recognition and will continue his work in advancing the field of arbitration in Canada.
