Meet Carson Reynolds, one of our 2026 Articling Students at JSS Barristers.
After joining JSS Barristers as a Summer Student in 2025, Carson has returned to the firm to complete his articles.
Carson earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Western Ontario. Prior to law school, he completed a Bachelor of Health Sciences in Biomedical Sciences at Carleton University, where he was named to the Dean's Honour List throughout his degree. During his undergraduate studies, Carson was actively involved in health sciences research and was published in peer-reviewed journals in the fields of pediatric oncology and disability accessibility.
Throughout law school, Carson continued his academic research in the philosophy of the rule of law and regularly participated in mock litigation exercises. These experiences helped shape his passion for advocacy and reinforced his interest in translating complex legal concepts into practical solutions for clients.
