The Plaintiff applied for leave to appeal a Security for Costs Order made by the Case Management Judge. The corporate Plaintiff claimed that the Order unduly prejudiced its ability to prosecute the claim. In applying Rule 4.22, the Court stated that the Rule must be read in light of the legislated consideration in section 254 of the Business Corporations Act, RSA 2000, c. B-9.
