Justice Renke considered, inter alia, the Defendant’s annual income with respect to child support payment obligations. The Defendant filed an expert report, which was filed late pursuant to an earlier granted Order. Justice Renke noted that this expert report was not provided in accordance with Rules 5.35 or 5.36.

Justice Renke, noting that the Plaintiff took no position on the late expert report except as to Costs, found the expert report to be admissible.
