We are proud to share that Andrew Wilson KC, was re-elected as Board Chair for the Calgary Humane Society earlier this fall.
Andrew was inspired to join the board of directors due to his love of animals and his legal experience, which focuses in part on corporate governance. With compassion and dedication in his work toward animal welfare, Andrew received the high recognition and has been re-elected as the Board Chair.
Since 1922, the Calgary Humane Society is the only organization providing a service under the Animal Protection Act in Calgary.
Andrew says: “I am very honoured and proud to be able to support the Calgary Humane Society and its vision of a community where all animals are valued, humanely treated, and live enriched lives.”
