We are excited to announce that as of January 1, 2024, David J. Marshall is the newest partner at JSS Barristers. David joined JSS Barristers in 2016. His practice primarily focuses on complex business disputes, both in Court and through arbitration.
David was recognized by Best Lawyers Canada in their 2023 list of Ones to Watch, awarded to associates for their outstanding professional excellence.
