Kajal Ervin is appointed as JSS Barristers Managing Partner effective February 1, 2024. Kajal joined JSS Barristers in 2008 and since that time has enjoyed developing her practice at the firm in a variety of different practice areas including class actions, mass torts, construction litigation, and corporate commercial arbitrations. Kajal has been recognized by Benchmark Litigation as a Litigation Star and their Top 40 & Under Hot List. Kajal is the Co-Chair of the firm’s Class Action Group and has been recognized by Best Lawyers in the field of Class Action Litigation.
Kajal’s legal practice often involves the management of large and complex litigation, and requires specific attention to detail and a keen ability to maintain a high degree of organization on multiple fronts. Those skills will be an asset to her as she beings her tenure as Managing Partner.
