We are proud of our partner, Bryan C. Duguid KC, FCIArb, for having been granted the Chartered Arbitrator designation by the ADR Institute of Canada, Inc.
The Chartered Arbitrator (C.Arb) designation is a senior designation for experienced, practicing arbitrators. The requirements are based on a high set of standards and principles, and include chairing at least ten fee-paid or demonstrably complex arbitrations, providing at least two (redacted) awards issued by the applicant, and extensive skills-based training and evaluation.
